Yemek seçeneği kısıtlı, herşey dahil olmasına rağmen akşam 10dan sonra lobibar ücretli, minibardaki su bile yenilenmedi, check out günü sabah 9 da kapı kartlarımızı iptal ettiler ve kahvaltıdan sonra giriş yapamadık, resepsiyondaki görevli bugün çıkış yapacağınız için sistem otomatik kapatıyor açıklamasını yaptı. 6 yaşındaki çocuğum odada mahsur kaldı. Küçük karıncalar vardı odada. Tek iyi yanı iki ayrı oda olmasıydı. Üç gün boyunca neredeyse her öğünde aynı menü vardı. Rodos gibi bir adada balık hiç çıkmadı. Su çeşme suyu alırsanız ücretsiz lobibardan alırsanız 1 eur dediler. Otelin konumu iyiydi.

Hôtel bien situé à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville, le buffet est très bon et varié. Le bémol : beaucoup de bruits la nuit car beaucoup de jeunes viennent faire la fête dans cet hôtel. Nous avons prévenu la réception et malgré leurs efforts, les nuits étaient malgré tout très agitées.

On arrival we had a few problems with the room, lighting, toilet roll holder coming away from wall and the part of the hand held shower locator was broken, the receptionist said this was normal but other room had the attachment. The food was never warm even first thing at 7am I think the hot plates they put the food in is not good enough. The public toilets at the lifts were below standard, broken parts, taps out of order hand driers not working, sometimes no paper towels or soap. The chamber maids did a good job and the waiting staff also, the girl behind the bar was lovely, which can’t be said about the chap in the evening! It is just a 3 star hotel.

I’m really disappointed with my stay here at Castellum Suites. We arrived at 9:30pm and the staff were not willing to serve any food to us as dinner ended at 9pm. They could see that we were exhausted from our travels and did not help us at all. The receptionist didn’t give us any information about where are room were or where any of the facilities were. The food served at the hotel is not nice and of poor standard. It’s very repetitive and disappointing. I would recommend going out to eat for food. We are limited to two drinks at the bar and the bartender did not like us going to the bar every 30 minutes as drinks were so watered down. You feel uncomfortable going up to the bar and asking for a drink because of the way staff act. The walls are very thin and you can hear everyone in the hall late at night. The walls are so thin that even if you are laughing in your room you will get a noise complaint. The staff member was very aggressive when he was telling us to ‘keep the noise down’ even though we weren’t making much noise. The issue was the building has been made poorly so everyone can hear people in the rooms next to them. The most frustrating thing is we came to Rhodes to relax and it turned into a nightmare as soon as we checked in. The staff aren’t friendly and overall our stay was not great. I regret staying at this hotel and paying so much money as we felt so unwelcome and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent stay and only 10 minutes walk from the old town. Food was plentiful but very samey. Seemed to cater more for the Eastern European guests. Pool area very small. The rooms are of a decent size but no real wardrobe for hanging clothes. Staff are very friendly and helpful
